In The Kangra distt of the Himachal Pradesh,around 10 kilometer west of the Palampur, is the renowned Chamunda Devi Temple which depicts scene form the Devi Mahatma Ramayana and the Mahabharat. The goddess image is flanked by the image of Hanuman. Nandikeshwar Dham is also found in Kangra,is dedicated to Shiva and Chamunda.
