Naina Devi is an ancient Temple in Himachal Pradesh. The temple is built on a cliff. Naina Devi is connected in NH 21.It is a situated at a distance 70 km from Bilaspur(H.P),108 KM from Chandigarh,10 Km from Bhakra and 20KM from Anandpur Sahib.
The Temple is a pilgrim site for Hindu And Sikh people.People from all over India and abroad visit the place which increases manifolds during Navratras.
According to the mythology, Devi Sati sacrificed her life by jumping into the Havan fire organized by her father King Dakheshwar. When Lord Shiva was moved around the universe carrying the body of Devi Sati, then lord Vishnu using his Sudharsan Chakra cut the body parts out of which the eyes fell on the place. Naina Devi Temple is also known as mahishapeethas because Devi killed the demon mahishasur here at his place.

It is established by a company from Kolkatta and also known as"Raju Marg" one can take the cable car from this place to reach Bhavan.There are approximately 20 cable cars here with an approximate fare of 35rs for one side.

The cave of Shri Naina Devi is 70 feet long and located near from shrine.Earlier, people used to trek the steep of path of 1.5 km to reach the temple but the facility of cable car has now facilitated the journey.
